"Crazy Legs" Murphy has surgery

I think your statement is spot-on. Players get heavily recruited to come to LSU with a lot of personal attention, it's hard for me to imagine a coach not knowing whether one of his players has had surgery yet.

This. That's terrible that he doesn't know if a player has had surgery. Urban Meyer sleeps in Tebow's hospital room, and Les doesn't even know if Loston has had surgery. Wow. Just wow.

Of course he knows. Are you guys trying so hard to find something to bitch about that you can actually make yourself believe that Miles doesn't have this information? Wow...that's sad. It may surprise some of you to know that we are not privy to every bit of information about our players or our team as a whole. I would guess that Miles hasn't yet discussed with the family making public any medical treatments that Loston has had or will receive.

Ugh! He didn't know or couldn't remember if the date for a redshirt freshman's surgery has passed just yet or not. Big freaking deal.

Also, he had to wait until he was eligible for health insurance as a student in good standing. I remember Ranters were the first w/the 411 on all this. He got hurt in that H.S. All-Star game (the one w/Shepard, in which Loston drove his cousin out-of-bounds, and broke both legs of a chain-crew guy on the sideline).

You people will find anything you can to bitch about. Dude is injured. Miles is most likely more interested in evaluating the players WHO CAN ACTUALLY SUIT UP AND PLAY than the minor surgery schedules of injured guys. Ridiculous.
