A cup of Gumbo and a Half French Dip po-boy

I took some leftover roast chicken and chopped it, added some leftover white beans, jalapenos and lettuce to make tacos.

The wife is having chicken tenders from Albertsons.

I almost never make tacos. It disturbs me that you and I are both having tacos at the same time.

only white people eat tacos in shells, fwiw. I haven't had a taco shell in probably 10 years.

I eat mine on tortillas.

Leftover Lasagna From Sunday

Being that I'm old school (breakfast, dinner, supper), I just micro-waved a weiner and had a hot dog, potato chips and a root beer.

Well, at least ya got all the food groups in there.

Tonight I'm having stir-fried pork and rice with peas again. The wife loved it 3 days ago and just wanted me to cut the pork chops smaller this time.

Americans pretty much invented burritos and tacos. We took what they do, and we jazzed it up. Mexican people=my favorite foreigners...besides italians
