With USC's offensive troubles and the way Clausen and his receivers are playing, this isn't exactly a cake walk for the Trojans. I smell an upset here. I hope it doesn't happen. I don't think I'll be able to stand the ND media worship afterwards but definitely a possibility imo.

I'm hoping USC pounds them, or else I'll have to hear rockets31 chirping and that will make me want to go play in traffic.

They'll praise whoever wins...so it's a lose/lose

Not gonna happen. USC's defense has yet to give up a passing TD and ND has no defense.

Nd can and will win this week. Clausen jumps to top of Heisman list. Which is what I predicted all year fwiw.

Notre Dame has team that was good enough to beat Washington.

Im not a fan of USC. I hate Lou Holtz. I dont think I could handle the lisp of Holtz that would never stop if the Irish beat USC. Anythin can happen though, and Im sure all of the USC fans thought Washington would be a cake walk, and since ND has a better offense than the huskies, this could most definitely be an upset.

SC wins, ND has a shot only because its why they play the games. I think SC has improved since the Udub game. Claussen will have some troubles, being it will be the first time this year he is facing a defense ranked better than 71st. ND has no defense so to speak so SC will score some points. Expecting some big plays against ND.

ND winning would make them NC contendors right away. Clausen will lock in the Heisman. An ESPN wet dream.

agreed, the very mention of them in any title talk is absolutely ridiculous.

At home

In overtime

And only made it to overtime because of a bogus call to give them the 2point conversion and never review it.

What's your point? They're Notre Dame. Different standard for them.
