Probably at the same time they admit they should have called the multiple personal fouls on the LSU D lineman who threw multiple unflagged punches at a UF O lineman at the start of the first UF series. NEVER. Get over it....that stuff happens all the time in every game.

Who's blaming the loss on that missed call?

When there's a bad call in LSU's favor it's played in the media as a crime against humanity.

When Florida does it, they're lovable competitors who got away with a prank.

Thus far, it is a single LSU fan in this thread. Withhold your generalizing or GTFO.

I dont see any of that happening. We realize that Florida is the better team, but that was a wrong no-call. No, it didn't affect the outcome of the game that much, and no the SEC will not admit the mistake because:

A. That play isnt getting much publicity, so they dont feel the need to say they did anything wrong
B. There were many bad calls/non-calls BOTH WAYS, and this was just one of them which happened to be magnified because of the resulting TD

Bottomline, even though it wasn't the right call and I wonder why no ref saw his tug on the jersey, most LSU fans are not blaming the loss on that one no-call (there were many more problems).

LSU still controls its own destiny...

agreed. Even though I still think we would have lost no matter what, a 6-3 game in the 4th quarter would have changed things up a bit and allowed us to run the ball instead of being forced to be one-dimensional and throw. Probably still wouldnt have gotten a tying field goal as piss-poor as the offense and coaching was though

They should admit it, after all they did trying to get involved last week in admitting mistakes and what not, with that said, it really didn't have an effect on the play, Hawkins was faked out of his shoes on the double move, he may have gotten another step back in coverage, but Cooper was so open, it wasn't just the hold that did it

Get this question off the board. We are not pussy arse UGA fans. That was not all that bad. The corner was getting ready to squat on the route , expecting help over the top. If the reciever doesn't grab the jersey, he still would have been wide open.

did a missing personal foul call on LSU cost UF a touchdown or give LSU a TD?

That didn't cost us the game. Lack of offense by LSU cost the game.

The only gripe I had with the refs was the constant movement by the Florida center in the first half. His head movements as well as his body lunging some before he snapped throughout the first half and no call on him.

Riley-Boy grabs jersey in every game and propels himself by the cornerback? Man that is one talented white boy! He's well on his way to an unethical career in the law or business where he can blatantly cheat and steal his way up the corporate ladder.

Your not getting it dude. They will NEVER admit their non-call on that play because the WR's & DB's are constantly playing a push, pull, grab, hold, trip, bump, etc. game within a game all the time. The good players make plays regardless. Your corner bit on the play anyway...nobody was covering on top & he was smoked..."tug" or no-tug.
