The only chance of this working would be to put free gold shirts in every seat for people to wear. Even then, it is highly unlikely that many people would wear them.

This IS going to be a huge game. So why do we need a gold out? I'm more concerned about our fans staying rowdy for four quarters no matter what color shirt they have on.

No. Remember UTe 2005. That gold shirt is now my grease rag-never saw campus again after that night.

i would love a gold-out, but it just won't work
with that many people, and that much alcohol, we'll be lucky to have people wearing shirts at all for this game

Besides it looking cool, I don't think it makes a difference. It would be nice to see a sea of gold there though.
