Which is better, New Orleans Food & Spirits or R&O's? I've been to NOF&S and thoroughly enjoyed it. Please advise.

I like NOF&S better...especially the rabbit with white beans and also the crawfish and corn soup.

Both are excellent.

I guess R&O's for the R&O's special and italian salad.

Tough decision.

The rabbit is pretty good, R&O's has been one of my favorite casual places since as long as I can remember, so that wins. All of their poboys are great.

I've always loved R&O's. One of my favorite places down there.

I'll have to go with R&O's. Both are good places to eat.

I'd take R&O's any day...

Besides, NOF&S is like a mini-chain around here!

For many years I avoided the place because I thought it was kind of dirty and was a cluster fck in there on the weekends.

I have been a few times recently and had a very good pizza and shrimp po-boy.

It's just the usual stuff...bad gumbo, overpriced oyster po-boy, blah blah blah.

The Bucktown one is literally next door to R&O's...

Never been to NOF&S but R&O's is a MUST when I'm down there, I really can't go a trip without it, so I'm going to have to say R&O's. Roast beef poboy

The little bit of dirt and the ruff waitresses are part of the charm.

Plus, I like any place that still has stuffed swordfish hanging up behind the bar.
