How is it that USC and Oklahoma both lose and drop to #12 in the AP poll? Ole Miss loses and drops to number 21. We better beat Georgia or we may be out of the top 25.

USC beat Ohio State at Ohio State.

What the hell has Ole Miss done?

i dont think any pollster though ole miss was worthy of a top 5, or even top 10 after their first couple of games...but they won so they had to move up

losing to carolina was their excuse to drop them, and drop them they did

Which is where they should have started the season.

If we get beat next two games, we will be out of top 25 and very deserving of it.

OHio State SUCKS. They could barely beat Navy. USC sucks they lost to Washington, and apparently if you barely beat washington your season is doomed, and they lost to them so they must be extra doomed.

But really. Outside of the top 3. Which other teams deserve to be in the top 10? We have not played like a top 10 team and we are 4. Prob due to lack of options.

This is the complaint of many teams.

IMO- South Carolina should be ranked ahead of them.

SCarolina(3-1) has played 3 BCS teams, @NC State(w), @UGA #14 (L), Ole Miss #4(w)

Ole Miss has played one BCS team and lost.

i agree it was probably too far. they were too high at #5 or whatever, but they overcompensated by putting them at 21.

gotta admit though - it would be challenging to rank #4-25 right now.

I think when all the pollsters heard Snead saying "I'm glad it's over, being ranked No.4 was too much pressure" they wanted to help him out.
