Neither Meyer or Tebow have won in BRouge yet. What makes you think '09 will be any different? If UF wins I'll be pleasently surprised.

I wont be suprised, UF is DAMN good, I dont care what they looked like against TENN. I think they are actually a better team than us but, I like our chances at home at night though, especially if we are undefeated. You can never count out TT though. Should be a great game!

The 09 Florida team is much better than 05 and 07?

No, I don't see our line pushing theirs around. But if we can have success early mixing up inside running with the option and WR screens (like we have been) we can move the ball on their defense.

Agreed. Had no trouble moving the ball last year. Turnovers and lucky bounces created the blowout. Eliminate the turnovers and play your A game and it should be a good competition IMHO.

it was about to be 30-6 as tebow fumbled that ball in UT territory. they were missing deonte thompson for an already thin receiving core. playcalling was shite.
Always, ALWAYS excuses for Florida and USC. But never is an excuse ever allowed for LSU from it's own fanbase.

Whose confidence just increased that our Tigers can and will beat the Florida Gators?

No injuries in next two games.
Force them to pass. They do not have "go to" receivers. Contain (probably not stop) the run. They still have a lot of weapons and speed.

Offense looks very average compared to '08. The OL allowed alot of pres on TT but maybe they'll gel by Oct 10. WR's are few, aren't as good, and TT seems to be taking forever to release the ball. If the defense doesn't learn how to tackle, Oct 10 could be a long night. Hopefully our guys heal so they won't have to be running around with 102 fever. It could also be epidemic by then.

Of course Les knows UF hasn't faired well the last 2 trips so hopefully he's overlooking this trip a little.

The main thing I learned from that game Team Kiffin ain't a joke; Lane's an idiot, but a heck of a coach, not looking forward to playing them next year ...

ETA: It does help that the Gators were somewhat exposed, the problem, they have the bye week before we play them, we have UGA ...

At least LSU fans hold Florida to the same standards they seem to hold our team to...only impressed with utter humiliation of the opposition.

Tennessee's O-line pushed their line around at times

do you think ours can do the same?

LSU will defeat UF this season. I knew this since day one. UF is a very predictable team on offense.

Then why hasn't anyone beaten them, including LSU since last year? I'll hang up and listen

Another thing to point out since UF is so predictable on offense, they're averaging 47 points a game since thier loss to Ole Miss last year.

No, my favorite actor is Jimmy Fallon
