A good meal out or a good homemade meal?

I love home cooked meals, but really like to go out and try different cultures of food

That depends.
I prefer to cook at home for V DAY or anniversary or birthdays. I just find that the food and atmosphere that I can produce is just as good as a restaurant.
However, I love to go eat out at "mom and pop" type places that aren't pretentious and serve great food at a great price.

I love a really great experience when eating out...but I rarely have a meal out that just blows my socks off and I have meals like that at home all the time.

there are pros and cons to both. i eat way more homemade meals because they are less costly. but, there is something nice about not having to clean up a kitchen.
i also tend to eat meals out that i either dont cook at home (osso bucco as an example) or meals that are just so labor intensive (indian curries) that its not worth the hassle at home.

I like a good meal out, but I am disappointed so many times, that I usually prefer to stay home and get something guaranteed.

Hard to say, mostly I enjoy eatting something that is off the charts weather I cooked it or ate out.
But like the previous poster said, alot of times I am disapointed when I eat out.

as long as i am not involved in any cleaning, home meal. You can be as loud as you want, get as drunk as you want, go take a shite in comfort, etc.

I prefer to go out. My mom has been making home-cooked meals literally every day since I was born and while they're good, I'm tired of them.

Dining out is "entertainment", and I enjoy being entertained.
