beckham int

hes a junior at newman in new orleans and a very close teammate to ronnie vinson. very fast i think around a 4.5, ive never seen him lose a jumb ball and very nice hands. he is undersized around 5'10 165-170 but has the athletic ability to compete with anyone

Too small. I'd be surprised if he even weighed 160.

Odell Beckham, his dad never was given a legit chance by Curley. He was a damn good player. Also the one who issued the most vicious hits in LSU or football history.

There's just no chance. As a Newman alum, I'd love to see him play major college football, but if you think that kid is more than 5'10" 160 lbs, you're blind. He's a nice kid and good athlete, but we're talking about two different types of athleticism to be a good 2A athlete and to be an SEC football player.

Unless he has grown 2 inches and put on 10-15 in the past week, there's no chance. Not saying he won't get there, but he's on the smaller side.

Also, if your parents are going to spend $18,000 a year for you to go to Newman, learn to use some punctuation.

For multiple reasons:

1) It'll help you later in life.
2) Because run-on sentences do not convey your point too well.
3) If you don't like the first two, then just do it for the mere pretense that you aren't wasting your teachers' time and your parents' money.

I really doubt Odell Beckham, Sr. knows how to use a computer.

As an old fart Newman alumnus, I say lets see if he is a late bloomer. You never know. He might be 6' 185 next year. Good to see some Greenies on the board.

Yeah, I wasn't saying he wouldn't get there. Just stating that he was more like 5'10 155-160 based on what I saw a week ago. Not sure how much weight his frame can hold. Nice kid and good athlete, though.

Doing the same (minus the beer). Watching the replay of the LSU game.
