For those who were at the game, the camera was shaking so bad it made us all dizzy watching at home. Was it that loud over there?

the stadium rocks when the crowd gets rowdy. remember watching a late night USC vs. UW game a few years ago where the same thing happened.

I will say that they got louder than I thought they would.

that shite looked like it was straight out of EA's NCAA... The only thing left out was someone holding down on the right LT button and moving the analog button around to see the receivers.

Because Washington has the most loudest and passionate football fans.

I guess you never went to a game at old Tulane Stadium.

I won't say loudest and most passionate, but they're pretty good and loud fans.

Not sure if I would want to be in that stadium with it rocking like that. If I remember right, someone posted a video here a few months back showing them add on one of the upper decks years ago, and the damn thing caved in, shown on the video.

With that said, watching those cameras shake was terrible- ESPN can do better than that!

I don't know whet was more annoying, the "shakin' camera", the camera not being on the play until after it the play had started, or the mispronounciation of the players names. "Jacob Cutera" and "Patrick Patterson".

The stands shake, not to bash, but Mark E. needs to make a few adjustments there.

The camera shake was caused primarily by the fact the Washington's field is very far away from the camera box, due to the very large track that surrounds the football field.

That causes the camera operator to zoom in a good bit for his base sideline shot. When you zoom in with a camera lens, the camera becomes MUCH more sensitive to "shake."

The crowd noise and vibration from the stadium shakes the camera, but it is the use of the zoom that MAGNIFIES the shake (greatly).

You get the same effect when you're using a scope to shoot a long distance target. The further away the target is, the more susceptible your shot is to the vibration in your grip.

I thought it looked like a high school stadium. Too many obvious empty seats too! Gotta say I loved the view of the water.
