Honestly. That guy kind of deserved it. Not that it wasn't dumb. But Blount was walking away and the guy came up and banged down on his shoulder and probably said some shite. How would you react? I mean Blount didn't follow him to the ground. And maybe didn't mean to hit him in the jaw. Just turned and swung.
But going towards the stands was idiotic. I guess he figured he had nothing to lose.

blount was talking shite before the game in the media about stuffing boise in the arse... i'm sure the trash talking went back and forth all night. blount just didn't deliver what he said he would and he ended up looking like a schmuck because he went out of control. name one game you ever played in any sport where there wasn't smack talk. you need to deal.

The last two words the punching bag said was arse whooping.
To lose your head and punch a guy AFTER the game regardless of what someone said to you certainly calls for some heavy disciplinary action. You lose your head wrong, but have you seen all of what happened AFTER Blount should have known he f'ed up in a big way. He keeps going ballistic and the cops had to literally carry him off the field as he kept fighting with the cops.
That leaves no doubt he should be kicked off the team and expelled from school.

Right now 83% of the Oregonian responders to a poll say he should be kicked off the team and I bet most haven't seen the whole video of him fighting with the cops and coach as he was being dragged out of the stadium.

Why would he go back after him when he already won? Especially with his head coach right there?
-Blount talks smack pre-game.
-Boise guy rubs it in after they own Blount.
-Blount flips out.
Whats the outcome? Blount looks like a complete moron who's career may be over, meanwhile the Boise kid wont get any punishment.

the should suspense his fat overrated arse. He has gotten a lot of preseason hype. I am glad that we a spread and conventional offense. Oregon was horrible

Boise guy out for next week for instigating, Blount should be kicked off the team.
Blount fought with his teamates after the incident and had to be forced out by the cops
All this after he was suspsended in the off season for behavior issues.
