App. State / Michigan.

Stanford / USC.

Washington over LSU wouldn't nearly be as big as those. So, just keep in mind, our Huskies will be ready, and with all the trouble and question marks with your team, don't be surprised if we're step for step with you for the majority of the game.

I'm optimistic but I know weirder things have happened. (UAB-LSU 2002, ULM-Bama 2007, etc)

with all the trouble and question marks regarding our team, you are about to find out something about the SEC. it is the strongest conference in the country, by a whole lot. the worst teams in our conference are really good teams. it won't be close.

Um, trouble?

Question Marks? Like which of the myriad of running backs and formations the Tigers will want to let UW see?

But you're right. Anything can happen.

Hey, just wondering, what's the ticket sales count at this point, and how many were sold to Washington residents?

LSU is starting this season with a chip on their shoulder.

USC was looking past stanford and their starting QB was hurt.

Michigan was already being hailed as a top team and figured they would just stomp all over app state, then they met armanti edwards.

LSU is not looking past washington for anyone. And if you've read any practice reports or interviews, you know that they're also not assuming they'll just stomp all over Washington.

They're coming to play, and its gonna be ugly. sorry

I do hope UW is much improved. I want LSU to win, but I hope UW fights like hell. Welcome to the rant.

Just like Utah was about to experience the brute force of an SEC team, right?

Just sayin!

you have heard about SEC speed. what you may not know, is this refers to the big boys. the linemen in our conference are as fast as running backs in the pac-10.

This is true of course MWash and while most rational LSU fans know this we still believe that our overall talent and pure excitement of playing the first game and having a big chip on our shoulders will give us the edge. I really expect UW to put up good fight for at least a half
