Looking to buy some stocks. I am young and am willing to take a higher risk. Any suggestions.

since you asked:
MVIS

at least one of these will be a 5-20 bagger AT SOME POINT within 3 years, book it
you can search this board for detailed discussion on a couple of those ....do your own DD

Spotting Problem Spam
Problem spams frequently include:
Price targets or predictions of exponential growth in a short period of time.
Rumors of coming major news such as "inside" or "confidential information," an "upcoming favorable research report," a "prospective merger or acquisition," or the announcement of a "dynamic new product." Sometimes spammers say what the "news" is going to be.
Standard corporate developments, like contracting with a supplier, presented as if they are major events.
Mention of large, unnamed corporate partners.
Popular terms, such as Internet or biotech, to increase the impact of the message.
Urgency, such as "You must act now!"
"Guarantees" that you will not lose money on a particular securities transaction.
Unusually high yields or returns—significantly higher than available alternatives—on a dividend or interest-paying instrument.

Will RTK even be a viable company? From what I have read the energy cost of amassing/transporting bio mass to a facility for conversion outweighs the energy output produced by the synthetic fuel. That contract with the airlines is like a rain drop in the Pacific.

I would imagine it would be high costs in the infant stages of a "new energy/fuel source"... just like I'm sure oil was ... but hopefully it won't be too bad, especially if you get the "waste makers" to deliver it because you are still saving them money (storage & disposal ?)... I believe bio mass is just one of their "raw materials" ...when i first read about RTK it was all about coal/NG to liquid hydrocarbons using the fischer tropsch process (and still is) .... but, to answer your question :
who knows.... perhaps not, so you lose 100% of your investment... but if they do, it is highly probable you will make 5x-20x your money within 3 years... Right now I'm looking for risk/reward ratios just like that... really the only thing I'm interested in... hopefully a few of these winners will give me average double digit returns to counter my heavy cash position.

RAD and BJS
I base that on RAD's symbol and BJS' name (BJ services).
Here's a tip, there is a reason Buffet is doing his thing and us losers posting on this board.

Agreed, that is why I buy boring non-leveraged indexed ETF's such as VWO, +64% YTD and VSS, +43% since 4/2 inception. I leave the stock picking to those who think they know what they are doing.
