Yes, he will count in the 2012 class. There may be a RB that backs out as he was told another RB would not be taken.
Have to see how it plays out....

on BBI, Jarvis suffered a stress fracture in his foot and is out 4 weeks.
He is expected to return to full strength, but obviously will not be full speed to start camp.

And to clarify on the 'personal loans' to increase debt basis, one stockholder can NOT borrow from another and then put these proceeds into the corp and obtain debt basis.
Now we are getting into the crevices of the code.

Poodles answers are spot on. One of the biggest benefits to a sole owner of an S-corp, outside of the savings on payroll taxes, can and should be RETIREMENT BENEFITS that are deductible to the corp and not Income to the owner.
401k's and SEP's can provide huge deductions and this is really where ...

Section 179 is limited to income.
Depreciation can cause a loss.This provides the opportunity to carry back losses for refunds or carry forward the loss to offset future taxable income.
There is a difference....

It is a free video of their Television show, they have taken the commercials out on the one on the site.
The first show had La'el Collins.....they both are monster players and people!
And Derek interviews Frank Wilson in the 1st show, Brick Haley in the second.
Good stuff....
