I guess since this is an opinion I am not going to flame too bad...but I'm guessing you weren't at the UAB game or the Houston Game bc I don't think you would say that the Troy game was the worst when we won the game. And (just assuming here, I could be wrong) unlike you, I stayed the whole way and that game was great for the 15-20 thousand people that stayed! I will NEVER leave T.S. early unless someone is dying. How can anyone ever give up on our team?

What UAB and Houston game are u talking about?
99- we lost to Houston
00- we lost to UAB

Must have been a 5th quarter that u stayed for in which we pulled it out

oregon st 2004. even though we pulled out the win, in ot, it was miserable. it was my first and only game in the student section. during warmups the bottom fell out of the sky and lightening came close. so after an hour or so lightening/rain delay, the team comes back out to re-warmup still during a constant downpour. the entire stadium was forced to leave their seats because of the lightening. no one in the student section moved because you would lose your 6 inch square to stand in. so in total we stood in about 4 solid hrs of non stop rain. to watch a horrible game that we should have lost, if not for what 4 missed fgs and 2 missed xpts or somethings crazy like that. ruined a very nice shirt, shoes, cell phone, and got sick. normally we would hit the bars after a full day of boozing and catching the game but after standing up in the student section packed in like sardines for like 6 hrs we went home and passed out.

Yes, 1992 Tenn. 0-20, this came to mind too. Brought my Cornhusker Brother-in-law too and we sat in the upper deck for the first time. Hated the game, hated the seats. What an embarrassment!

lol this game was fun too. two of the seats were empty because of a tackle football game that took place at the bottom of the indian mounds. then we walked from there too leigh cove off lee. lost two pairs of shoes and ripped a muddy jolo jumping fences.

Didn't we lose to Southern Miss in 1994?

I can't believe I'm the only one who ranked this as their worst game in Tiger Stadium. Or is everyone else just better at blocking out the Curly Era?

And the 1997 Auburn game was the most frustrating loss ever. I watched the replay on ESPN and could not figure out how we lost that game. That said, the game was fun up until the end. Then it sucked.

1984 vs Miss St - we got our asses handed to us as they scored 45 points. It was also about 18 degrees with strong winds. Absolutely a shitty day all around.

Notre Dame 1997. Weather was horrible and we got in handed to us.

Fresno 2006. Had some West Virginia fans in town that wanted to see what all the hype was about with LSU tailgating and Tiger Stadium. They said it was all hype. When they walked into a less than 1/2 filled stadium, we proved them right. To their credit, they partied hard all day and stayed 'til the end of the game even though they weren't LSU fans. They couldn't believe that fans would miss an opportunity to party, rain or shine, and watch football on a Saturday, regardless of who was playing. I had to listen to it all the way home (3 hours). Hope we'll change their minds next year.

2008 Georgia game.....The worst feeling ever running up all those ramps to the upper deck, hearing the crowd go crazy and seeing the prettiest sight in the world (death valley). Then the crowd going from obnoxious to being able to hear a pin drop in a matter of seconds while jarrett lee throws a pick six on the first play of the game. That pretty much set the tempo for the remainder of the season.

It's seems like this is a list of the most depressing games in Tiger Stadium.

And it seems like I was at most of them.
I've got two candidates:

I'll throw a win out there for one of the worst...

LSU-Kentucky 2006 (I think).
LSU won by about 350-7. Those two teams didn't even belong on the same field. Most of the stadium was gone by the middle of the second quarter.

Southeastern - Tulane 2005
Post Katrina, everyone with an ID from LSU/SLU and Tulane got in free. I didn't pay to get in, and I still wanted my money back.

Every loss to Bama sucks 'cause they're the most obnoxious idiots in the world.

The worst game for me has to be the Cigar Game - 41-7 to smug arse Tubby and his Dumbo Ears. LSU was totally unprepared to play that day. Tubby's grandstanding and utter lack of class made me hate Auburn almost as much as 'Bama.

I know it wasn't in Tiger Stadium, but the 45-7 loss in 1991 to TAMU was terrible. They just flat stomped our arse in the turf.
