Fried Pork Tenderloin

I'm looking for something diferrent to do with a Pork Tenderloin. Anyone tried frying it?

My Mom does this from time to time for my nephew. She slices the tenderloin, pounds the pieces, seasons and flours the pieces and pan sautes them in a little olive oil. I happened to be around when she made them and they were tasty. Basically, she's doing them as she would veal for a marsala or scallopini dish. You could use them that way.

All the time, flour it first then the bread crumbs serve with Red Beans & Rice.

Fried PT is the state food of Indiana. If you want a good one, head up to the hoosier state.

yes, i've deep fried a whole one that was spice rubbed. No batter or anything at all, just naked. Thought it came out great.
