You may want to call The Kitchenary at Towne Center - (225) 246-8019. Not sure if they have what you're looking for but it's worth a shot.

Sur La Table in perkins rowe is where I bought mine. I think it was ten bucks, they also have nigri press for like 4.99.

Calvin's in Bocage Market has the kit and a few other items. I was surprised to see all that over there.
