can't say shite anymore without a huge backlash. this should be no big deal. how many gays play football anyways? hes a football coach, I imagine he uses that word a lot when yelling, etc.

Well, that term is pretty incendiary (pun intended, since it is a reference to when gays were burned at the stake), and he's at a meeting where the press and executive types are present. Locker room language is not the same as press conference language.

Incorrect. Football is the Warriors, Basketball is the Rainbow Warriors and Baseball is the Rainbows. Each sport is allowed to choose their own mascot. Therefore, we can still call them the Rainbows.

This really sucks where we live in a world now where we can't make fun of homos. I kind of wish it was still the 50's or 60's because making fun of pillow biters was the one thing most of us could agree on, black or white.
