I like how one guy says there is smoke about Davis coming to A&M. Is there any smoke except from fans saying they have a chance because A&M has commitments from two of his teammates?

Believe that the aggies are that pathetic.
The Bama fans are cocky, but at least they have a history of winning NC's...Auburn is just going through some tough times right now so we'll grant them a pass until they come back to reality...
Aggies are Bama (without the NC's) + '09 Auburn (without the toilet paper) on steroids. They are like this all the time and with not much to back up the arrogance and self-righteousness. They are easily the state of Texas' most obnoxious fanbase.
Example: They are currently claiming that they will steal CB Stephenson from Baylor because they're so much better. However, Baylor stomped them 41-21 last season.
All of this after a 4-8 season.

Where did you find this? I think it has been stated that he is a soft commit, and will continue to take visits. So if by steal you mean he might change his mind, then yes.

One of the quotes is that "...once CB Coach, and National Recruiter of the Week, + Sherm get on him, it's a done deal..." (may not be verbatim, but very close).
I didn't know there were National Recruiters of the Week. Does this go on for the 53 weeks of the year? What happens if you win the most weeks? What does the guy get?
In reference to "soft commit" - no one is saying that, but aggies. Stephenson waited all spring and most of the summer to be a "soft commit". If he's that patient and not sure, why not wait longer? That's the type of rationale that's taking place in CS.
Oh yeah, you guys have a great shot at getting Ahmad Dixon as well.

I think a lot of people are putting stock in the fact that we have a good track program, and assume that he wants to run track also.
I also think people are having a hard time understanding how or why Baylor is getting certain recruits and need something to justify it.
Like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps his options open and takes more visits during the fall.
As for Dixon, not sure if you are being sarcastic or not, but he did visit CS last Thursday, and it wouldn't be surprising if he decommitted again.
