We have been eating these Zapps Voodoo Gumbo chips alot lately and I think they are my fav right now.

Brand - Kettle Chips, they have so many good and unique flavors. They also do almost every variety of chip texture.
Single flavor - Zapp's cracked black pepper and salt. Kettle (and everyone else almost) does a version of this, but Zapp's trumps them all. Zapp's version has a hint of sweetness that matches with the pepper flavor perfectly.

Golden Flake Hot Chips are good too. Awhile back Golden Flake made a Red Pepper Lake corn chip that was really good. Can't find them anymore either.
