Is it bad that I would wear the first one on game day at the tailgate/stadium just because it is awesomely bad?

Those are so ugly that they will become novelty items. Cool people will buy them as a joke and others will look at them as trend-setters and seriously think they are great. That's how trends start. Watch, these will become insanely popular.
