I personally would go AR on Friday. If you win AR is ready to possibly go Wed (if nec.). I you lose then Ross can go Sat, with Coleman out of the pen if nec on Saturday.
In theory your Friday starter this week would probably be able to pitch again on Wed (if nec.). I would rather have AR for those two games than Ross.

I would have to agree, Ross on Friday. He's been pitching great his last starts.
Using Ross will save Ranaudo and Coleman. I'd do it.

Id start ross
He will be going against the other teams 4th guy and if we do lose then we bust out AR vs whats left of the other team

You go for the jugular with AR on Friday. Win out and you can start AR and LC every game. Win Fri and you start LC starts Monday. I would pitch AR on 3 days rest. Even if you don't pitch him on 3 days rest I would want to throw him on Friday.

If you mean Ranaudo, no. Why would PM do that? He pitches Friday and he's done. Let Ross handle it, then you have Ranaudo Monday and Coleman Tuesday.

Is this right? I was thinking that whoever wins Wednesday, Ark or UVA would go back to their game one starter on Friday (unless they pitch him wednesday on 3 days rest).

I cant see starting Ross when you have Anthony on only 3 and 1/3 innings with almost a week of rest and just 1 win away from the championship series. Why put yourself in a position to have to pitch an ace in an elimination game? Pitch your best against their 4th best pitcher and get in easily.. Better yet pitch both ARs and have
Ranaudo available to pitch on Tuesday.
