Didn't know this new rule existed but I'm glad something like this finally worked out in our favor for once. Should be interesting to see who loses their spot since he is a defensive mid.

How can he switch when he has already played for Germany? This seems like a stupid rule.

Now we have a defensive mid that can actually have a productive first touch. Maestrioni hasn't had a clean touch in the last four games. Add to that his speed and this is a HUGE upgrade for the US side. It is time for Bradley to forget loyalties and put the best eleven on the pitch.
