Why in the world were there so many fans at that Kentucky vs MSU game?

I think the Miss numbers are impressive considering the size of the cities.

Heck that Junior College In Cleveland leads the numbers in their division many years

florida & georgia should be drawing much more, if both coaches do not get more fans in , they should make changes

really, I think they should be pretty satisfied that their programs are having great success on the field

In watching the Southern Miss-Florida series, I was amazed at the number of empty seats in a super regional series. You would think with a ballpark so small that thing would be packed to the brim.

It's been raining off and on as well.

LSU also has 11 more home dates than Ark does.

Im just glad to see SC finally getting near the top. It never sat well with me seeing a packed Sarge Frye Field but still being in the bottom half of the SEC attendance average due to Sarge Frye's small capacity.

With the exception of SC (high) and Auburn (low), notice how the SEC West schools tend to congregate near the top. Looks like our SEC East brethren need to pick-up the pace.

the 11 dates more for LSU is not the reason for larger numbers for LSU.

if you take Arky's 8,000 avg times 11 more dates, they are at about 330,000 (give or take) which is still 2nd and by a large margin.

Im actually surprised UGA and UF didnt have higher attendances both had pretty good seasons and generally some damn good baseball teams. Im sure UGAs late slide affected their home attendance near the end. The other 3 well it was expected I suppose.

I do find it funny that twice as many people go to one UT football game than went to all their home baseball games combined.

What is LSU's largest crowd ever?

I think Arky has a larger single game record. I'd still rather have a blowout over the whole season. Consistency matters.

I believe they were giving free dental procedures at that game.

I'm waiting for that guy from Arky to post the reason why Arky really is behind LSU. He's the one who blamed the frigid temps in Feb. and March for Arky's low attendance during those months. After reading his posts, I had no idea that Arky had temps that equaled the North Pole.
