Call me what you will but one of the things that I gather from this list is that the PAC-10 is BY FAR the most competitive conference with 5 teams winning titles and with 3 of those winning more than one. The SEC has been a one team show with LSU dominating...Georgia's lone title notwithstanding. I'm surprised to see that Miami is the only ACC school to have won a title and most, if not all, were before they joined the ACC. But if you are looking at individual teams then there is no doubt who the best team has been over the past 30 years.

We could have three peated in 98, but blew the winners brackets games against USC twice. Of course, they went on to win it all. I believe it was a home run fest in the first game between LSU and USC.

We've still been making the CWS occaisionally. We're not like Bama who fell off the map in football.

this is impressive but, looking at the talent coming thru in the ACC and conf USA, besides the Big 12 and SEC, this is bound to go down. Not because those teams out West won't be as good - college baseball is getting darn good in the South.

I was there...they won the championship game 21-14 in what could better be described as a batting practice where they kept score. Good thing the juiced the bats down.
