I find that hard to believe although RS could benefit from the game speed work.

I thought I misread Dandy, but I didn't. Here it is:

In LSU football news, Coach Miles and his coaching staff will be putting together the roster for the Purple and Gold game later today. The coaching staff will try to make the two rosters as close to even as possible. I expect that Jordan Jefferson will be the starting quarterback for one of the teams with Russell Shepard starting for the other. I also expect to see Jarrett Lee receive a lot of playing time

So other teams won't be ready for JL?

I think it's Miles' game plan.

He just said that is what he thinks. Not really saying he knows for sure.

I don't mean to be a nonbeliever, but this is hardly something I would trust as fact.

I could be wrong (have been many times). But no matter how much people want to bash JL, I find it hard to beleive that RS will start in the spring game before JL. I know the game is meaningless, but still. I guess we'll see.

Does anybody on this board every think DD know anything for sure? His opinion is what he offers and that is what I'm asking about.

To even consider putting JL on the field is racist.

I think it means that LSU will be playing a spread offense so the coaches want to make sure that both units run the same style of offense instead of one unit using a running qb and the other using a pocket passer. I think JL will be back up for both sides.

It looks like another Flynn/Perrilloux deal except that it will be more Perrilloux than Flynn.

IMO

It's dandy don.

i'm sure he's a nice guy and all, but he makes a lot of mistakes.

i'd take this with a grain of salt.

Although if it were true, Tojo and BT would be having a heart attack right now.

for whatever reason...

Well then, I'll say I don't think his opinion is correct. JL will start for one team and JJ for the other. RS will get a few snaps.

Dandy Don said he expects this to happen....now I will be the first to admit that I appreciate what Dandy Don does and the fact the he doesn't bring in a helluva lot of money doing it......that said I will believe this when I see it

If you don't the the racial undertones in a lot of Tojo's posts (who is a HUGE Lee cheerleader) then I don't know what to tell you.
