Supposedly Auburn is backing off of him due to off the field issues. What are they talking about? What is this kids history?

He's as good as they come at WR. The offer list speaks for itself. I dont know of any off the field issues.

BINGO---LYNX! beancounter always comes in and makes a statement,it is either a way to flame about a recruit that LSU is recruiting that is visiting Awburned! Or this way to say this recruit thinks Awburned sucks and this way to slander this kid, that would not sign with them under any circumstance!!!

He does not have an offer from UGA or GaTech.
As for backing off, UGA has stated that he has to explain himself regarding his previous history or they will not be likely to get him through the admissions committee set up after the Harrick disaster.
He was expelled from his first high school and had to miss a fe games for his second. I do not know the reason why however.

Auburn has made its teams the last several years with kids who had off the field problems

...and I would welcome him to Alabama. I have not heard of any off the field problems, just that UGa is slow to offer because of their strict academic requirements since the Harrick thing.

I won't speculate specifics and I don't even like to drag a guy's name through the dirt but I HAVE heard of some off the field concerns. I think even Shea said something about them once. Nothing crazy serious but concerns nonetheless.

As much as I hate to admit it, Auburn has had very little off the field trouble with their athletes. Trey Blackmon is all that comes to mind.

The UGA Admissions Committee has very little to do with academics as that is pretty known from NCAA standards. Every guy they have dinged has been because of a prior off the field record.
