Playing Q. Thornton, he can't even shoot FTs.

+1000, their run all started with that bobble turnover that UNC converted to fast break points. Should have played Storm.

I'll go with:

Pounding the ball to Taz to get us back in the game to start the 2nd half (and him going 3-3 in a 1:00 stretch), then not giving him the ball for 10 minutes straight.

He can't even catch, really...

He could've stepped on someone's toe, though.

I totally disagree. That was not the difference in this game. We made some careless turnovers and got cold at just the wrong time. It was a team loss, but I think the team played extremely well and its crying shame that the final score does not indicate how competive it was.

when we took Chris out near the 7 minute mark they went on a 7-0 run. Chris had 4 fouls at the time and needed the rest, but our lack of depth def. showed.

The bad move of the game was turning the ball over 14 times, which led directly to 20 UNC points.

i agree with this but one of those costly turnovers was when q thorton didnt hable a pass..we were on a run and that was a big momentum swing..not saying if he wouldnt have turned it over we would have won but it was a big turning point...another thing that hurt us was the two posessions in a row unc had 2nd and 3rd oppurtunities n knocked down big shots

I have no problem plaing him for a few minutes but they kept him in there WAY too long. Should have put Storm in there.

Great job by the Tigers, got beat by better team in the end. Tigers did it this year with basically no bench, great job SEC Champs.

Right, and everyone pretty much evenly contributed to that stat. I think playing Q was not a bad idea. He affected some of Hansborough's shots and was a big body down low creating some havoc.

We lost because we have no depth. North Carolina has guys coming off the bench that can contribute and keep the starters fresh throughout the game. Our guys simply got tired and started comitting silly turnovers and missing shots. We did just about all we could do with non-existent bench.

Ur an idiot. We already have short depth, and Q has been getting PT all year. We're gonna have to play him in games like this if we want to win. Who do you expect to be our 2nd big man off the bench?

Everybody who posts here must keep in mind that UNC plays at least 10 players each game while LSU usually plays about 7 or 8.

None of the role players stepped up. They shut down Taz and kept Mt from completely going off because down the stretch their was no help from the role players.
