UFC 96

Main Card Bouts:
Quinton Jackson vs. Keith Jardine - Jackson by murder
Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Shane Carwin - I'm hoping Carwin but I really don't know here
Matt Hammil vs. Mark Munoz - Don't know Munoz so I'm going with Hammil
Gray Maynard vs. Jim Miller - Don't know Miller so I'm going with the Bully
Matt Brown vs. Pete Sell - Sell (how is this on the main card?)
Preliminary Bouts:
Brandon Vera vs. Mike Patt - Don't know Patt so I'm taking Vera
Kendall Grove vs. Jason Day - Day by KO
Tim Boetsch vs. Jason Brilz - Boetsch is due for a win I guess
Tamdan McCrory vs. Ryan Madigan - Tamdan
Aaron Riley vs. Shane Nelson - I hate Nelson so I'm taking Riley

DREAM 7:

I know no one on this card.

What has Matt Brown done to be on all of these cards? Isn't this his 3rd counting the TUF finale? Is Dana trying to get a sponsership from Skoal or something? He is terrible.

Seems Dana's pissed at Vera moving him down to the prelims

DREAM is pure awesomeness. Shinya has the sickiest BJJ in MMA. Bad fight for Garner.

now here is what I think. depending on what your physical activity level and what your diet is you may or may not see great results. keep in mind placebo effects do occur. you may have to increase your dosage or double the amount per serving if you are training very intense. my opinion the only way to scientifically research this is with cancer patients. in addition to what it has previously shown research may also want to look at white blood cell count and perhaps blood plasma levels.

I also know that the amino acid glutamine is very useful for cancer patients but when used as a supplement alone in resistance trained participants for research there were no significants effects. now when combined with whey protein or creatine there were.

as far as amino acids and antioxidant supplements go there still needs to be more scientific research to see how these effect people.

creatine, nitric oxide, and whey protein has shown benefits and of course, hgh and steroids.

I say try and go for it, because more than likely this supplement will not cost nearly as much as other products. if you go organic this might not be necessary.

sorry for the not so clear cut answer, but im not gonna bs you like guys at a gnc or nutritional supplement telling you its awesome and you will gain 30 pounds to your bench in 6 weeks.
