Why in Ohio?, why can't we get a big card fight down here in NOLA.
And come back through B'ham and all the other places they fought when it went "underground".
I don't need a PPV, but let's get a fight night around here somewhere.

in addition to what it has previously shown research may also want to look at white blood cell count and perhaps blood plasma levels.

it was late and i couldnt sleep. what i meant to say is that research needs to still be continued, and another step would be to look at blood plasma and white blood cell count.
im not really for the product unless you are bed ridden, cancer, severe athlete who doesn't have a very adequate diet. otherwise significant effects would be seldom if not rare.

Just as quickly as it was announced, a UFC heavyweight title unification bout between current champion Brock Lesnar and interim titleholder Frank Mir has apparently been scrapped.
Fiveouncesofpain.com reported that Mir suffered a back injury that has kept him from training recently and caused his removal from the UFC 98 main event bout.
Multiple MMAWeekly.com sources, however, indicated that it is a knee injury that has precluded Mir from training. They also said that he recently underwent surgery to repair the knee, which will sideline him for the next four to six weeks to allow the knee to sufficiently heal.
The UFC had no comment at the time of publication. It is currently unknown if the promotion will try to find a replacement for Mir in the bout with Lesnar, or if they will move to insert a new UFC 98 headline bout.
(UPDATE) UFC president Dana White later told Yahoo! Sports following the UFC 96 weigh-in at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday that he knew nothing of a Mir injury.
"If he were hurt and the fight was off, I'd assume I would know," White said.
Mir failed to return messages to Yahoo! Sports and MMAWeekly.com.

plus there seems to be some smoke about cancer and cysteine. it's more about cellular antioxidant levels and health than workout related. Friend gave me the stuff and told me to look up glutathione.

Does Shane Carwin have a shot against Gabriel.... i'm just a casual fan but have though Gonzaga had mad skill for a while now.

I think I'm looking forward to the Carwin/Gonzaga fight more than anything else on the card. I can't be alone on this one right?

Anyone know of a site that will have a good stream for UFC?
Posted on 3/7/09 at 2:16 pm to LuckyLee
justin tv or channelsurfing.net, but I don't know if I would classify either as good.
Posted on 3/7/09 at 2:43 pm to aibo synthetic
Yeah those ones suck. There's usually one from USstream (I don't know the actual website) that gets posted after a fight or 2.

Carwin has not faced anyone near as tough as Gonzaga, but to Carwin's credit, no one has made it past the 3 minute mark in 10 fights with Carwin. That's has to be worth something.
