Did I read that right? Ochinko was playing catcher today? Where was Gibbs?

Maybe given the day off to get things together. He's been struggling at the plate

They said on the radio broadcast that Gibbs got hit with a ball in the chest the other night (Southern game) then got hit by a bat in the same spot. They seemed to think he could have played if he had to but he didn't have to.

Gibbs has a knot on his colar bone...it was aggrivated when it was struck again yesterday...been affecting his hitting...coach said he would sit him unless they thought they needed him to win

Gibbs was hurt. He had a deep chest bruise.

But they said he could have played if he had to.

It is crazy sick how good LeMahieu and Ochinko have been this weekend... I really feel good about this team.

Was fricking COLD as hell, the wind was destroying me, but overall had a pretty good time today but the fans cleared out pretty quick around the 3rd or so inning, but thats because of the wind.

Almost 2 Hr's today, wind stopped them though

A former starter for one of LSU national championship teams told me he thinks this is the best team that LSU has ever put on the field.

Ok.
