Why no monitoring of where our tax dollars were going?

My guess is they don't really read the bills they're signing.

Presidents have redirected where USAID money ended up after the budget has passed.

I think everyone underestimates the amount of sophisticated treachery and institutional slights of hand that is the machinery of the deep state.

It takes a lot of man power and patience to untangle the threads of deception. Look at the SPLC grift. Their game was obvious but unprovable until someone followed the money trail through multiple shell companies.

That’s just one political grift. Multiply it by 5 hundred.

Even now with all of the obviously nefarious details that came out with the the DOGE effort such as the USAID scams, politically the dems have a talking point that is being drum-beaten by the progressive media of all the dying children the cuts caused.

So let’s not be too hasty to beat up on our political allies like John Kennedy. The work is tougher than we care to admit and we tend to forget the wins as we focus on the continuing problems.

They all turn once in DC and even in Baton Rouge.

Coach Tubbs and Tim Burchett are about the only ones worth a damn.

One trip to the Capitol in BR during session and you can see it.

It's one big club and they are all patting each other on the back. You can see that it's all theatre and everything is decided in advance.

The disdain that the lobbyists have for citizens who are there is disgusting.

Kickbacks fund their campaigns. They do not answer to the people.

Why? Because they say things you want to hear in a hick accent?

In fairness, Kennedy has been in Congress 9 yrs, ie 1 and a half terms, not decades.
