She had been fighting ovarian cancer. She was 68.
She was the tiny blonde haired pigtailed dynamo that was part of the team when they became world famous. She appeared in a couple movies about the cheerleaders, an episode of The Love Boat, and a few other shows when the Dallas Cheerleaders were at the height of their popularity.
She was always my favorite. My 10-year-old self felt funny things when she appeared on tv.
Couldn’t find a proper news article about it, but it’s all over the Dallas fan sites.

Likely the specific inspiration for Debbie Does Dallas.

That’s not kind. Show some respect

I’m not saying she did anything but the resemblance between her and Bambi Woods is likely not coincidental. They probably cast Woods specifically to look like her.

I see what you’re saying.
I’m a little sensitive to female cancer victims.

One of my BIL was married to a Cowboys cheerleader. How he managed that I will never know.
He didn't shoot his shot, he misfired and still hit the bullseye

I’ve dated a few of them, post DCC, after they started working where I work, believe me, they are still human, human women, albeit very attractive human women

We Dem Boys
I used to hand out with two "Old Cowboys Cheerleaders" who were probably the same age, they were regulars at a bar I frequented before marriage and children.
Neither aged well and are torn up AF.
But were hot in their "hay days".

We lost our sister-in-law last month to this. Terrible disease.

So, that begs the question - would you go for hot now knowing they wont age well? Or go medium and ages well?
