And you weren't this concerned about personal info being stolen when PCs and iphones came out?

I have extensively used the main AI agents

GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, etc and for some reason I always turn back to GPT. It has been great for my line of work

My concern is that people use it, take it as truth and don’t verify the information. It tells you what you want to hear.

I worry that we will become even more historically illiterate than we are already

Without our permission? None.

But people will give it all kinds of info that it will remember.

It isn't going to hack your computer. It will just listen and remember.

Just know that going in, and censor your input.

High. Concern with being so dependent on it, that people who don't want to be dependent on can't do anything without it because it.runs everything.

Lots of young people are going to be destroyed by it. Adults that know life without are different. So future generations are fricked.

Needs to be a tool, and not personalized by saying things like "him/her/you/etc" in reference to it.

I’m pretty sure it has already done that. At the very least it got all my info up until recently when companies started upgrading security to deal with AI.

PS. This was told to me by a former colleague from a prior life that would either know or would have the experience and expertise to make educated guesses that are as close to true as an educated guess could get.

You do realize that the people responsible for allegedly giving chat gpt that ability could also accomplish this without a chat interface.

Right?
