He requested the room to pray with him over what was basically a Quentin Tarantino production?

Interesting

quote:

They call it CSAR 25:17, which I think is meant to reflect Ezekiel 25:17," Hegseth said. "The path of the downed aviator is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men," Hegseth prayed. "Blessed is he who, in the name of camaraderie and duty, shepherd the lost through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to capture and destroy my brother. And you will know my call sign is Sandy One when I lay my vengeance upon thee, and amen."

A prayer is simply an affirmation that helps humans cope with the challenges of life.

Literally no one thinks CSAR is a book in a bible, unless there are people unfamiliar with the Bible that are still so gullible about corporate media creating biased propaganda hit pieces.

The Sec of War was very clear that he was reading a prayer (affirmation) embraced by the combat search and rescue team. There is no room for speculation that it was anything more than sharing something important to the group he was honoring that also appealed to him.

If we have people intelligent enough to know these things, why give this story more life?

In Whiskey Pete's defense, excessive alcohol use can be detrimental and impair cognitive abilities.

I mean this in all sincerity. The mental gymnastics some of you cult members perform is downright impressive. Disgusting and embarrassing certainly, but impressive nonetheless.

Let me explain it to you in words you can understand: I don’t care what he tweets, who he had sex with, or who he supports in primaries. I do care about what he has done as President and that largely has been effective. The fact that you and others get so emotional over peripheral issues and social media fights is idiotic. Joe Biden rarely tweeted but was a horrendous President when it came to actual results. I don’t know why that is hard to grasp for so many of you purists

Hegseth’s prayer is not a big deal. It is only being made a big deal by those in a cult known as the Demoncratic party. They hate anything and everything that associates with Trump no matter what. It’s sickening and sad.

what are Trump's accomplishments that changed your life for the better and what are Biden's failures that changed your life for the worst?

Hello Ms. Regular poster.

Did you know that today is moron day?

It's the day all morons flock to the political board to post idiotic complaints about King Trump and his royal court.

Of all the things to fake outrage about this is what you go with? If any freaking moron thinks this quote:

quote:

And you will know my call sign is Sandy One

…Is actually in the Bible they’re too dammed stupid to comment on this and they probably need help getting dressed and fed. Pete had some fun retelling a story he was told about. Heaven forbid people have fun.

Are you losers really upset about the words a guy used in a prayer? You really need to grow up.

Meanwhile, the Pope is making up scripture whole cloth to suit a political agenda.
