It’ll be big for 2028 but it won’t have much of an impact on 2026 because States won’t have time to redraw their maps in time if the decision isn’t released very soon.

Sorry but a random Clinton appointed judge in Utah has just ruled that the actual enforcement of the SCOTUS decision is a separate issue and therefore has put a TRO on further action regarding this matter.
