There isn't enough fear of primarying them out of office.

Look at eyepatch McCain. He decided to FA and FO the hard way. Should've been a lesson to all GOP leeches.

Does this matter? I thought tps was granted by secretary of homeland security.

I thought this was granted to the executive branch.

I didn't know Congress could do that.

Or are they saying that we think this should be done and it has no power whatsoever?

I need the esteemed sfp to teach us all on the intricacies of this...

Actually better with any random person who stayed at a Holiday Inn express last night...

I actually am wondering the same, but haven't had the chance to look into it. TPS is from the INA so unless they are voting to specifically amend the INA, DHS has the ability to grant, extend, or terminate TPS not Congress.
