This amendment would increase the mandatory judicial retirement age from 70 to 75, but would allow judges to continue to serve out their terms if they turn 75 before it expires. A mandatory retirement age requires judges to retire upon reaching a specified age.[1]

I’m pushing up there in age and I see nothing but self serving behavior in government position holders seeking longer terms. It’s one thing to seek a position for the people who hasn’t been doing so prior but life long service isn’t to the people, it’s to enhance their lives

Except for SCOTUS, all Judges nationwide should mandatorily retire at 60.

When a Judge has 5 criminals they release kill again, the Judge is removed from the bench and not eligible for judicial reinstatement.

75 is too old. Go retire at 70.
