I keep seeing people mock Mike Washington or others in 3rd to 4th rd…

Maybe I’m alone but I think that’s a wasted pick. With our without Alvin, I think we have plenty of quality depth that’s cheap behind Etienne. Devin Neal and Estimee were solid and Kendre is as talented as it gets when healthy.

I’d rather completely skip that position and use it to stack assets on defense

Kendre probably doesn't make it out of camp
Kamara could retire

Love would be awfully tempting if he fell but saints have bigger needs

Adam Randall somewhere around round 4 or 5

RB with a WR background. Gives Ty Montgomery vibes

Not rounds 1-3. But once we get to pick 132 & 136 would love Nick Singleton or Demond Claiborne. Feels like Etienne is really a 2 year deal. I think one of these guys can take over year 3 with a couple cheap years left.

I wouldn't be mad if we drafted Love in a BPA situation. If both him and Bailey are there and they took Love I'd ask if they were hitting the pipe when they made that decision, lol. I think Mike Washington Jr. is a take in the 3rd.

I really like Washington as well, but I don’t think he will make it to us in the 3rd

Bigger and faster yet had less big plays, less ypc, mediocre receiver, and prolific fumbler. One strong college season, otherwise meh. Washington is going to be NFL depth guy.

You never pass on a generational talent in the top 10.

Draft for the future not just 2026.

Even if he doesn't this season, he's largely ineffective at this stage of his career.

It's been reported that the staff really likes Kendre and wants to see what he can do when healthy. Biggest head scratcher of the off season, IMO Miller has proven no one is going to get to see what he can do when healthy for a season because he can't stay off the IR.

I absolutely want a RB at some point. Especially one who can turn a miss into a house call. Even if undersized we need more players that defenses fear as game breakers.

Best ability is availability. Kendre has none.

Yes.

He’s also literally free though. They can bring him to camp and hope he stays healthy and if he doesn’t, oh well

Youre correct which is why you don't draft love.

Not close to a generational talent.

You don't skip players who fall on your draft board. If CKM is in the 5th round and a 2nd or 3rd graded rb is still there you better think about them.
