Also video going around showing how tiny the team is. This year is going to be another complete disaster leading to Deion no longer being there one way or another.

Haven’t spring games across all football programs been relegated to something of lesser importance?

Spring games are what have actually regressed to the mean.

I never understood the appeal. And then the SECN started showing a bunch of them and then replaying them non-stop. Putting them on the linear channel during timeslots they could have been showing baseball games they were already producing for the streaming service. Never made any sense.

You act like they won a ton of games or something.

All they did was extort a ton of money and will leave Colorado in worse shape than ever. He's a fraud and always was.
His resume was he won a few games at Jack St, ffs. Thats easily done with 3 or 4 5 stars playing. Like men playing against kids.

He should have stayed where the culture supported his core values...music and merchandise around black cultures.

I bet he claims health reasons about mid season and bails....just watch

I’ve watched the video a few times and still can’t decide if they are actually tiny or just look tiny because of the ridiculously large Guardian caps the players are wearing.

I mean his health claims are pretty legitimate.

I was surprised he actually came back for another season with all of the health problems, but he probably needed to to get the big buyout.

Someone posted the average roster weight for Colorado versus an SEC team and Colorado's players were an average of 10 pounds lighter per player.

He's literally doing Depends commercials now. Though maybe it's all part of his exit scheme (pun intended).

I’m not some huge Sanders guy but don’t blame him because Colorado went full retard and gave him a $54 million dollar contract for going 9-4. They are paying him $10 million a year

Well yeah, it was only a matter of time. Losing a Pro Bowl QB will do that to a college team.

So many AU fans were clamoring for his hire after the Harsin debacle. I tried my best to convince them that this was a HORRIBLE idea. Freeze was fire-able, not so sure "Coach Prime" wouldn't still be on the sidelines right now with Freeze's exact record.

All I kept hearing was he would get all the 5* recruits. I didn't buy that for a second, and his stint at Colorado has proven that.

Here are some details about his contract.

quote:

According to the contract, Sanders will earn another $10 million in 2026, $11 million in 2027, $11 million in 2028 and $12 million in 2029.

quote:

If Sanders accepts another coaching job before the end of the contract, his buyout starts at $12 million for the rest of 2025, followed by $10 million in 2026, $6 million in 2027, $4 million in 2028 and $3 million in 2029. He can retire from coaching, though, without having to pay damages to the university -- as long as he doesn't then return to coach somewhere else.

quote:

However, if Colorado fired Sanders without cause he would be owed $26.6 million before December 31, 2026, according to USA TODAY Sports.

The money is about winning. He's now a loser, which tends to stop the money flow

You'll see soon

Nah. Point is the shite is now in shambles and he will look for an exit. Not because hes weak, or hes truly sick......but he needs to find an offramp to this catastrophic program. There is no salvage at this point.
It will be mutual somehow, but this will end soon. Colorado can't afford it without the frenzy that once was. Look for both to make statements
