Fraudster given the option of $50,000 bail and turning in his passport, or $150,000 and keep his passport. Standard procedure is only putting up 10%, if I remember correctly.

He was charged with defrauding Medicaid for $11,000,000.

Why was this in state court and not federal court?

Why give the option of turning in the passport? You are essentially telling the idiot to pay 100k and leave the country. Absolutely idiotic (a elementary school mock trial judge would do better) and par for the course for Clown World. Reality is breaking down. It's all being destroyed on purpose.

Walz wants him gone so he doesn’t spill the beans on the kickback scheme.

Power, Slow, can one of y’all put your spin on this so I’m not left thinking this judge needs to be black masked?

Why is this shite happening?

I don't think"spin" is necessary. We need to look at the bond amounts for similar fraud cases in Minnesota. I bet this is not out of the ordinary for similar cases and in the vast majority of those cases, the people went through the whole process without issue.

Why the frick not take the passport man?

And in this fricking climate. Dude we have to stop the fraud and this judge can’t be bothered to get the passport while he waits for his trial for stealing $11M of our fricking money?

If it’s a democrat judge and the crime is violence against/ screwing over white people, they will get leniency and empowerment to either do it again or get away with it.

It’s a long game.

The only reason they didnt is because they knew he would flee.

charged with defrauding fed govt. out of 11 million..
foreign national/high flight risk..
could potentially implicate high placed state officials..

win/win for the fraudster and those recieving kickbacks..
