Why are we Israel's greatest ally and not any of the European countries next door?

The argument has always been made we need an ally in the Middle East but doesn't Europe need one more?

Why would Israel not keep the Europeans at arms length, I mean, they kinda were complicit is trying to kill Jews some 80 years ago......especially the Eastern Europeans.

Europe can't even field their own military, why would Israel look to them?
Europe also was pretty complicit in that whole extermination attempt, with the biggest economy in Europe still being Germany. So yeah the Jews aren't going there hat in hand.

Here’s another question. Why is it that all of the fighting age Muslim men had to be moved to European countries, Canada, Australia, and USA? There weren’t any other countries? Who would benefit from such a destabilization of these countries?

Germany and Israel work together on Submarines. I think Germany may have actually given one to Israel a few years ago. They are capable of launching ballistic missiles. They are diesel electric, which means they can be quieter than a nuke when submerged.
