Braun was best top rated 1st baseman out of hs. Shocking we haven’t seen him there up to this point.

This is not true. He played OF in high school. He’s stated that he never really played 1B. That’s was some recruiting profile thing.

It’s really weird that they do a projection on a position he didn’t play but there are several references to him talking about it

Just like in football where Lamar Brown will be playing DE but played LT in HS. Also do the same with QB’s in HS. They will convert them to CB, RB, Rtc in college.

I saw him multiple times last night standing at the fence in the dugout with the rest of his team. He absolutely wants to be part of this team and contribute but that might not be in the cards for him. That happens sometimes.

There have been multiple high school QBs that were ranked #1 at whatever position they were projected to play in college.

It’s not always meant to be funny.
It’s just a fact. He’s fat. Getting offended by fat jokes is not just cringe. It says a lot about you as a person. But it’s ok. You do you.

His name is Trent Caraway. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't bat left-handed or hit enough bombs. He is solid in the field, though.
