Trump holds the Master Trump card. All he has to ask as one of our 15 points is that they turn back on the internet. Once the people have communications....the real fun starts. When they refuse to tuen on the net (they won't do it) then the deal is void.

I haven’t tracked all these statements but a couple I’ve seen mentions safe passage of ships for 2 weeks, what happens after that?

Here’s what’s happened:
1. The US and Iran have both come up with multi-point proposals for peace. Ours is 15 points, Iran’s 10.
2. Both sides have said they can accept this as a basis to begin negotiations. NETHER SIDE HAS ACCEPTED THE OTHERS POINTS AS THE FINAL FRAMEWORK OF A LASTING PEACE. All that’s been agreed upon is negotiations can start here. Each side’s points are literally just their respective positions at the start of negotiations. When the final agreement is made, it most likely will fall somewhere between the two.
3. The two week window is just the initial agreement of a timeframe. Most likely, as long as progress is being made, this window will be extended. For some context, the cease fire that ended the fighting the in Korean War, initially was a good for only 30 days when both sides agreed to begin negotiations. That was over 70 years ago.
