When marriage is viewed as a social construct that exists for the happiness of those involved, it’s no wonder so many people choose to end it when the happiness is gone.
Marriage is actually a covenant made before God to join two as one. It is a commitment that has moral ramifications as well as practical.
People need to consider that God will hold them accountable for the breaking of their covenant vows and the trivialization of His institution, either the guilty party in a lawful divorce, or both parties in an unlawful divorce.

He's an interesting character, before she was elected was the more famous one, a widely published professor at Calvin who worked with Pew on journalism and journalistic integrity.
Stayed out of any politics, even while Calvin was having a civil war over LGBT vs the Bible.
She started as a republican, then got more and more left wing quickly from college onward.
