We lost 52 fixed wing aircraft due to enemy fire during the Persian Gulf War. We have lost two due to enemy fire in one month in this present conflict. Get a grip.

If we ever get into a real and protracted conflict with mass casualties I don't know how people like you will survive the headlines.

Iraq has a relatively stable democratic government in 2026.

The only true fail (so far) was Afghanistan, and I would argue that conflict was the only one that we could be morally justified getting ourselves involved in.

We have lost more than 2. Hangers that housed planes, drones, and fuel storage were hit at the Bahrain Air Force base.

Bahrain is where the Navy 5th fleet is located. After Iranian missile and drone strikes 100’s of troops were evacuated from Bahrain.

Bahrain is an island less than a 150 miles from Iran and our soldiers, planes, and drones are in range from that distance

The Communist side won the war in Vietnam. Vietnam became, and still is, communist.

Cambodia became a communist state in 1975, when the Khmer Rouge took it over and forced a radical agrarian revolution that resulted in genocide until the Vietnamese invaded them.

Laos became a communist state in 1975 and still is one today.

That's three countries in southeast Asia that weren't under full communist control when the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution was passed, and were under communist control within three years of the day we pulled out of South Vietnam.

An increase of three communist nations in the region isn't "stopping the spread of communism in the region."
