It is every day now with this kind of thing on our Louisiana Interstate highways. Seems like almost every day.

I passed an xpo double on the interstate the other day… glad he kept his truck upright. I actually saw a LOT of doubles the other day, more than I’ve ever seen in a day before.

It’s obvious that someone thought Alexandria would grow way more than it ever did based on the interstate system.

Straight piece of good condition multi lane interstate. Truck on its side. Must be Friday afternoon.

How does this happen so consistently?

The expressway isn't interstate, and it's pretty dang busy during the morning and afternoon commute.

What are the odds the truck driver is an illegal who doesn't speak English?

Newer rigs having automatic transmissions have brought in a new generation of drivers who can’t handle a semi like the old gear jammers could.

Those doubles are always all over the road. I try not linger around them.
