Please understand:
- I do not practice immigration law.
- I do not practice criminal law.
- Nothing about my civil practice has anything to do with this.

And yet because I cannot log into the State's official e-filing system without saluting The Resistance, I now cannot represent my clients, file lawsuits, access cases, file documents in existing cases, etc.

If I click "Decline," it kicks me out of the system. I must click "Accept" to access the system and continue representing my civil clients -- again, in cases that have absolutely nothing to do with immigration law or policy.

I've read SB 25-276 (the law referred to below). It does not regulate me as a private attorney or any of the clients I represent in civil matters. This is outrageous draconian overreach.

I have ethical obligations to my clients to represent them competently. My existing cases have running deadlines that I must attend to. Judges issue orders in my cases that I must follow. If I don't click "Accept" in order to access the State's e-filing system, I will harm my clients, torpedo my practice, and probably commit malpractice. So, I have no choice.

I'm clicking "Accept" under protest.

That is freaking insane. Court records are public. There needs to be a special USSC docket just to deal with crazy shite coming out of Colorado. They’re like 0 for 8 recently at the Supreme Court.

Hand file your shite and tell them to frick off.

There's also public access to.online dockets at the clerk's office.

In the mean time, file a 1983 action in federal court and request an injunction

No chance that would hold up to judicial scrutiny. Maybe even Justice Jackson could get that one right.

I’ll be waiting for the DOJ lawsuit against the State for obstruction of justice.

And waiting…

And waiting…

Under the Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2) of the U.S. Constitution, federal law is the supreme law of the land, and any state law that conflicts with it is generally invalid, a concept known as preemption. States cannot nullify federal law, nor can they compel individuals to violate it.

Arrests need to be made in Colorado. As private citizens, Americans can’t willfully violate federal law.

Make it happen Bondi. Oh wait, she is obviously swamp. She’ll come back under a new administration and begin attacking MAGA ignoring the constitution.
