So you have a problem with a boss firing people that he feels aren’t doing the job as well as he expects?
He can’t expect accountability? This is not a bad trait for a leader, regardless of what you think.
Weak leaders let underperforming people stay in those roles for way too long because of optics. Trump doesn’t care, he wants results and wins.
